I need an update for my job
Updates are sent at each stage of the process, from booking in to despatch.
If you have not received any updates, either we have the wrong email address, or our emails are being filtered. Please check to see if they have been blocked by a spam-filter. Our email server is not on any blacklists, but if there is an attachment, some email servers block them.

What if my data is not recoverable?
It's not possible to recover every job, so when this happens you only pay for the return courier costs, plus any previously agreed costs we may have incurred.
