It is important that you understand how we collect, use, and maintain your information. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information that may be collected by us on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control. Personal Information: Depending upon what you decide to include in contact forms and quotation requests, it may include your name, email address, telephone number plus any other information you choose to send us.
All information is collected from you on a completely voluntarily basis.
Non-Personal Information: We gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify you as an individual nor contact you without you submitting data through one of our forms.
We collect anonymous demographic information for example, browser type and other statistical data as to the use of our website.
Personal Information: This information is collected so that we can respond to your request to contact you about the subject matter you require, for example you may have requested a quotation for a data recovery or need someone to phone you to discuss a technical matter.
Non-Personal Information: We use website statistics to determine how our website is performing. All information is anonymised so no personal information is used in this process.
Website Data: All information entered into forms is stored on our website for 7 days after which time it is automatically deleted.
Quotation information:
Work in Progress database. This database contains personally identifiable information including your name, address, telephone numbers, email address. All personally identifiable information is deleted one year after completion of the latest work we have done for you.
Accounts information: All personally identifiable information is retained according to HM Government accounting laws and regulations. Currently this period is 6 years.
Exclusions to the above:
At any time, you may request to view any information we may hold on you. You may also request us to delete it. This will be verified and complete within 5 working days you will be notified that it has been deleted.
Please send requests to gdpr@mjm.co.uk stating your job number and/or quote number and your name and email address used for the prior correspondence. We will verify and send the information or reply within 5 working days.
